ENG II - Creative Writing Exercises
In order to exercise your brains and give you creative writing experience, you will be required to submit creative writing assignments every two weeks throughout the semester.
---Note beginning AND ending date of each prompt.
---For each assignment, you will have your choice prompts. You may also write your own story. If you choose to create an original narrative, you may either finish it in one submission or you may continue it through several chapters (submissions). You will indicate which you are doing on your submission form.
---Each submission must be 500 words in length.
---Submissions are due regardless of whether or not we are in school that day.
---Each submission must be turned in using the appropriate link below.
Note: If you choose the Original Prompt option, you MUST write a story. You may use yourself as a character, but it should not be used as a place to just write about what you ate for dinner last night. :-) This is NOT a personal narrative.
Reminder: All of these submissions must be original work. The PLAGIARISM POLICY stands.
---All are 25 points each. The goal is to be creative, or at least to have you show the ability to communicate thoughts in writing. Make this something people would want to read, not just something you're doing because you have to. HAHA! I WILL BE READING IT.
Idea: Create a document in your Google Drive that you keep these submissions. The GOOGLE FORM cannot be edited, so you will have to copy and paste your submission in its entirety.
